Size recommendation according to height
Genuine prscalsång Insulation add-on.
This pack includes a pair of original prscalsång Insulation bits for added warmth and full waterproofing. This is the choice of those who really put their butt first, enjoying second and forget the cold.
For now there is one width to warm them all.
Size chart is rather simple, your height in cm should quite well correlate with the size you need. prscalsång size XL (190cm-), L (180cm-189cm), M (170cm-179cm), S (150cm-169cm), XS (-150cm), XS size is pretty much right for juniors. Tested on some boyz and girlz who are 140cm(ish).

1. Loose parts
In the package you will find a prscalsång Baggy with drawstrings, a quilted Liner pouch with drawstring loops, and one or two pairs of Insulation pieces, depending on whether you purchased the Original or Super Cold Edition prscalsång.
2. Assemble
First, the Insulation pieces are slipped into each "leg" of the Liner.
The insulation and Liner assembly then goes inside the purple prscalsång Baggy.
Finally, slip the cords through the Liner loops and one cord through the buttonhole in the middle on Baggy part.

3. Pants and attachment
Now you have in your hands perhaps the best thing you can offer your butt and yourself for your cold hobbies. Grab your favorite pants that you are going to wear and attach prscalsång to them.
The easiest way to do this is to drop the prscalsång into the crotch wedge. Then tie the prscalsång to the belt loops with as long loops as possible and you're ready. This is a good first guess for the right place.
4. Pants on
Next, you slip into your pants to become a friend of the prscalsångs and go to the sport you love to make new stories.
After a few moments of use, you'll notice that you don't fell anything anymore, but instead feel great all the time.
If you feel like your pants don't stay exactly where you want them to or the "legs" don't turn quite right, you can adjust the position of the pants in your pants by making the three cord loops tighter and looser.
